Why there is not a page for every neighborhood

You may have noticed that some contractor websites have a separate page for every suburb, each one identical apart from the place name swapped in. Those pages exist for search engines. They tell you nothing about the roof.

We would rather have one honest page that says where we work. What actually varies between properties is the roof, the access, and the permit requirements, and none of that is settled by which side of a boundary line the house sits on.

A note on permits

Permit requirements depend on the jurisdiction the property sits in, which is not always the one you would assume from the mailing address. Some of the communities above are separate municipalities with their own processes, and properties with a San Antonio address are not automatically inside the City of San Antonio’s jurisdiction.

We will tell you what applies to your job before the work starts. For work inside the City, the Development Services Department publishes the current requirements on its residential permits pages. Confirm the current process for your own property, since requirements change.

What we do here

The same work, wherever the property is. If you are not yet sure whether you are looking at a repair or a replacement, start with roofing, which covers how we decide.

Ask about your address

Call (210) 468-8279 or send a message with your location and what is going on with the property.

Talk to us about the roof.

Tell us what you are seeing and we will follow up about the right next step. If water is coming in right now, calling is faster than typing.

Send us the details

The form asks for your name, your email, and what is happening with the property. Phone is optional.
